What are the countries you ship to and how fast is your shipping?
We take great care in crafting each made-to-order piece, ensuring it is tailored just for you. Once your order is ready, we offer the following shipping options:
Shipping Within Canada
📦 Standard Shipping – Free for orders over $150 CAD
• $15 CAD for orders under $150 CAD
• Estimated delivery time: 5-7 business days after your piece is made
⚡ Expedited Shipping – $20 CAD
• Estimated delivery time: 2-3 business days from the date of order placement
✨ Please note: Our current turnaround time to craft each piece is 2 to 3 weeks, separate from shipping time. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. If you have any questions about delivery, feel free to reach out to us.
Shipping for US and the rest of the world
📦 Standard Shipping – $20 USD
• Shipped via UPS
• Estimated delivery time: 5 business days
⚡ Expedited Shipping – $45 USD
• Shipped via DHL or UPS Express
• Estimated delivery time: 2 business days
Will I be charged taxes and import duty for my parcel?
No duties tax required for Canadian customers.
International customers are responsible for any custom duties. For more details on custom duties, please check with your local customs office.
Do you offer expedited shipping in Canada?
If you require expedited shipping, there will be a charge of 20CAD for each order for Canadian customers and 40CAD for US customers and the rest of the world. Your parcel will arrive within 2-3 business days from the date your order is made. Please make sure to reach out to us and provide the date you will need your order by so we can accommodate accordingly.
We do not ship on the weekend or Canadian public holidays.
Order Tracking
How do I track my order?
An email with your Tracking Reference Number will be sent to notify you once your order has been shipped:
- All overseas parcels can be tracked: Canada Post (for Canadian customers), DHL (Rest of the World).
- Please note that free deliveries entitlement are based on the final amount payable i.e. after deduction of vouchers, discounts such as promotional codes.
-Our courier rates do not include custom duties and any applicable customs taxes will be the responsibility of the customer.
